Is this a Game? exibition (これはゲームなのか?展)#2
I didn't publish the Tokyo Game Market 2019 Autumn report because I was busy exhibiting at the Game Market.
Now, I visited "Is This the Game? Exhibition(これはゲームなのか?展) on 8th December.
"Is This a Game? Exhibition" is an art exhibition that exhibits experimental games created by Japanese game designers. Visitors see and play these games. This exhibition was held from 7th to 15th December.
This was the second "Is This a Game? Exhibition". The first one was held last year.

Besides these, many experimental games were exhibited. But I didn't have enough time to enjoy all of them.
In the next article, which will be released at the end of the year, I will introduce some Japanese board games published in the autumn of 2019.

The venue for this exhibition was larger than the previous one and more games we're exhibited.
Garbage Throwing Game(ごみを投げるゲーム)
A player writes something on a paper, makes a ball, and then throws it into one of the dust bins.
Message of the Rule(ルールの伝言)
There is a mysterious game box on the table. Players guess the rule based on the notes and depict it in the notebook.Creative Game, Game-like Creativity(創造的なゲーム、ゲーム的な創造)
Each participant puts one human and one brock on the board. When the exhibition ends, calculate the score of two teams - brown human and black human.Chumbacram(チュンバクラム)
A player performs various skills with a mysterious bar and cups and takes a movie. But what these skills signify is up to the player's imagination.Fictional Masterpieces(虚構の名盤)
Imaginary record jackets are displayed on the wall and participants come up with the most suitable name for the fictional music pieces.Fe(ふぇ?)
This game uses gigantic objects named "Fe". In this exhibition, they explain how to play using a diorama city.Besides these, many experimental games were exhibited. But I didn't have enough time to enjoy all of them.
